Before you buy there are a few things you need to know about what you are purchasing, what you can expect and the support you will get from me. The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the nine-month programme, Alchemise Your Success offered by Lucy Power. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Lucy Power provides services to you, as purchaser of Alchemise Your Success. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.

Course Outline
Alchemise Your Success is a nine month incubator where we will focus on your growth and development, you’ll become super self aware and emotionally articulate, develop your communication and relational mastery, empower yourself right into achieving your fullest potential, you’ll elevate to mastery, recognise, understand and resolve the early childhood decisions that you are still living by, you’ll resolve any trauma responses that hold you in the playing small stage and you’ll re-decide your way of being in the world so that you become ALL that you are.
Course Specifics
Following successful purchase of the product you will receive an email confirming your access to the portal and start date of the nine-month container.
During your time in Alchemise Your Success, you will achieve the success you desire by recognising, understanding and resolving all of the ways you hold back from showing up as ALL that you are.
There is only one route to your somewhat elusive next level and that is into, through and out of all of the ways you are holding back in order to keep hold of your false idea of safety.
We all get stuck somewhere. Usually it’s indicated by an income plateau, a limit to your number of clients, a struggle in being consistent in your marketing, a lack of confidence evident in your messaging, a block around visibility.
And deep inside you know your blockages, your internal limits to the life, joy, love, health, wealth and self that await you.
Your truest most beautiful life is the one where you get to choose.
It is not intended that you will finish Alchemise Your Success with a complete and detailed business plan. Alchemise Your Success provides strategies and methods to help you to find your best route to your unique successful life and business and however is best for you to map this out, you'll be supported in a variety of ways to do so. It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught to your personal circumstances both during and afterwards. Each individual is unique and their starting position and commitment is unique to them. The aim is that following completion of Alchemise Your Success you will have new information, strategies and techniques and have become able to apply them, consistently and successfully toward your successful life and business.
Please be aware that this product is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.
Payment Terms
The cost of the programme is £4,500. We offer payment in full and instalment options. (Please see below for details about refunds).
Support
The aim for Alchemise Your Success is that you should be able to access the material with ease. Should you require any technical support in respect of the content shared then my team is happy to support you to ensure you get up and running. Please email [email protected] and you will receive a reply between Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. We aim to respond to you within two hours if you email during those hours.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to me. . I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.
Please be aware that some training sessions may be recorded and your name and image/video may be captured. The recordings of the training will be kept and made available to others on Alchemise Your Success. If you provide or share any information within these sessions about yourself or your business that information will be shared within the group. Should you not wish to be recorded please ensure that if you attend any training your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personal identifiable information will be captured.

Refunds and Cancellation
As you are purchasing Alchemise Your Success which includes data which is produced and supplied in digital form you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances. In purchasing Alchemise Your Success you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.

Intellectual Property
You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with me, Lucy Power. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.
Feedback and Complaints
If you have any feedback about Alchemise Your Success please do share it with me. It is always great to receive words of praise and also helpful to get constructive comments. I really hope that you love this nine month incubator as much as I do but if you would like to make a complaint this should be made in writing to [email protected].
General
Throughout the nine months I will be available by email Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm. I will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.
I intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the course delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.

Alchemise Your Success Outline
The nine-month incubator provides the following:
- Nine months of focus on your success (however you choose to define it)
- Fortnightly hour long online group coaching session
- Fortnightly hour long online success coaching session
- Weekly private broadcast in our private members space on Kajabi
- Intensive, transformational hour long 1:1 and transformational Psychotherapeutic Coaching session with Lucy Power
- Quarterly monthly live in person masterminding days with 1:1 hotseats and group coaching
- Monthly themed module to help you to learn, grow and become all you need to be successful
- Monthly themed workbook and other useful resources
- Monthly guest expert session
- Monthly live learning session with Lucy Power
Programme Specifics
Throughout the nine-months we will work together to uncover, explore and resolve what is hidden in you (the clue is in your repeating patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour), we will find your unique means of moving beyond what holds you back,
Group Coaching
The group coaching sessions will be led exclusively by me.
The coaching group will be limited to a maximum of 12 students at any one time.
Coaching sessions will take place weekly on Mondays at 12pm to 1.30pm and Thursdays at 10am to 11.30am via Zoom. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, the coaching sessions will take place at the same time each week throughout the 9-month container.
During each group coaching session, you will be led through a Personal and Business Coaching process which adheres to ICF competencies, also utilised will be The Power Method™️, Lucy Power’s unique trauma responsive psychotherapeutic coaching method with the help and support of members of Lucy's team who are trained and competent therapeutic coaches. The [Power Method™️ ] is a tested and trusted methodology to support those experiencing the blocks and limits caused by unresolved trauma.
Self-Study
In addition to the group coaching sessions there will be monthly course materials provided for self-study to help you learn, grow and become all you need to be successful.. The materials will be provided to you on the 1st of each month. For best results it is important that you complete the self-study materials between sessions. Failure to complete the self-study materials may limit your ability to appreciate and learn from the preceding or following week’s session.
SOS one-to-one calls
You will be entitled to 1 hour long 1:1 intensive, transformational Coaching Session with Lucy during your 9-month incubator. The purpose of the call is for Lucy to provide support at a time when you may feel you need it most. Calls can be arranged at short notice between the hours of 10am to 6pm and in the first instance you use the link provided to book a time at your convenience for your 1:1 with Lucy .
Should you wish to have more support, you can add two additional 1 hour calls at a cost of £175 per hour with a member of Lucy's team . Please email Lynsey on [email protected] to arrange additional coaching sessions.
At no time should you delay seeking professional or medical help if you require immediate assistance. Whilst the 1:1 coaching calls are intended to offer additional support Lucy does not provide a 24hr support helpline and you must seek professional support immediately.
Private Kajabi membership Community
You will have access to a private members space to support you. The intention of the Kajabi membership Group is to provide a community support network and enhance the programme experience. I will also share a Weekly private broadcast in this private members space on Kajabi.
Partner sessions
There will also be monthly guest sessions.
This element of the programme is not mandatory and if you do not wish to participate in all monthly sessions, you will have the opportunity to watch the replay in our portal.
Behaviour
It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful, I will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other course participant. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, I reserve the right to discuss this with you in order to raise your awareness of the impact of your words or behaviour and I will remove you from the programme with immediate effect if there is no evident change .
General
It is the intention that the Alchemise Your Success incubator will run for a minimum of 9-months consecutively. Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes a session to be postponed it will be added to the end of your container.
