I am so excited that you are planning to step into The Certified Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Coaching.

Before you buy the programme there are a few things you need to know about what you are purchasing, what you can expect and the support you will get from me.

The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of ‘The Certified Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Coaching’ offered by The Therapeutic Coaching Academy.

Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which I provide services to you, as purchaser of the Certified Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Coaching. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.

Course Outline

The Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Coaching teaches a range of therapeutic approaches as well as coaching to enable your embodiment and competence as a certified Therapeutic Coach.

Course Specifics

Following your successful purchase of the Diploma you will receive access to our online platform where you will, on a module by module basis, find a workbook for each of the core modules, recordings of all live learning sessions and a library of tools and information. You will also receive regular emails containing your joining instructions for your weekly live learning sessions.

You do not have to attend each and every live learning session, however, we expect 90% attendance for the successful completion of your Diploma.

Please be aware that the course is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.

Payment Terms

The cost of the programme is £7,497 for payment in full, we also offer instalment options and all purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds).

Support

The aim of The Therapeutic Coaching Academy is that you are able to access the course material with ease. Should you require technical support in respect of any access to the Diploma, we are happy to help you to get up and running. Please email [email protected] and you will receive a reply between Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. We aim to respond to you within two hours if you email during those hours.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. We will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.

Please be aware that all live learning sessions will be recorded and your name and video will be captured. The recordings of the training will be kept and made available to others on the programme and nobody else. If you provide or share any information within these sessions about yourself or your business that information will be shared within the group.

Refunds and Cancellation

In purchasing the Diploma programme you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.

Intellectual Property

You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with The Therapeutic Coaching Academy. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.

Feedback and Complaints

If you have any feedback about the course please do share it with us. It is always great to receive words of praise and also helpful to get constructive comments. We believe that you will love this programme as much as I do but if you would like to make a complaint this should be made to made in writing to [email protected]

General
Throughout the programme, Lynsey, our Online Business Manager,will be available by email Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. She will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the programme delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.

Therapeutic coaching is a holistic approach that combines traditional coaching principles with therapeutic techniques, enabling you to delve deeper into the emotional landscape of your clients, with your clients. With our comprehensive diploma program, you'll gain the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to become an exceptional Therapeutic Coach; a skilled professional Coach who empowers individuals to conquer personal challenges and unlock their true potential.

This certified Diploma will qualify you as a Coach and allow you to gain an ICF Coaching credential. It is also certified with CPD and offers 125+ CPD hours.

Our ICF certification process is in progress following the first run of the Diploma in 2022/2023.

Great theoretical knowledge is essential and we believe in learning by doing. That's why our diploma program incorporates hands-on experience from the very beginning. Through supervised practice sessions, discussions and role-playing exercises, you'll sharpen your coaching abilities, refine your active listening skills and develop your intuition as a Therapeutic Coach. Our experienced tutor team will provide invaluable feedback and guidance, ensuring you're ready to step into the field and make a profound impact on the lives of those you serve.

If you want powerful, everlasting, transformative results for YOUR clients, this is the Therapeutic Coaching qualification for you.

You will learn all of the most important, impactful and effective pieces of Transactional Analysis, Interpersonal Neurobiology, attachment styles, energy work, trauma recognition and resolution, relational attunement, intersectionality, counselling skills, group therapeutic coaching and organisational theory in the context of integrating it all with Coaching to the standard of both International Coaching Federation (ICF) and CPD.

Lucy Power has been integrating Transactional Analysis with her professional Coaching practice for the past seven years (since qualifying with a Postgraduate Certificate from the University of Chester) and has been learning, receiving and practicing Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy for ten years.

Lucy has provided THOUSANDS of hours of Transactional Analysis Coaching to people who have transformed their inner and outer worlds as a result.

What will you learn?

You will learn all about the different models of integration of Coaching with therapeutic theory, skill and practice, you will gain knowledge around a piece of therapeutic theory and in each learning session, you will be invited to explore how you can include and / or utilise this to help your clients get the best results you can hold as an offer for them.

You will learn what makes a great Coach and you will learn coaching tools, techniques, models and methods.

We include both coaching AND business mentoring throughout the programme as well as plentiful support for you to build your coaching practice hours and as such, you will emerge from this programme as a fully rounded integrative Coach using therapeutic skills, tools and theory with skill and confidence as a key approach to your coaching practice.

The Diploma programme begins the week of 29th September 2025 and offers a weekly live taught session of four hours and plenty of resources to support your growth as a person and as a Transactional Analysis Coach. The duration of the programme is almost ten months, ending in the last week of July 2026 (We will take all academic holidays off for a break and to support the integration of your learning).

You will be expected and supported to complete Coach practice hours during the programme (some of these will be observed), this will support you as you apply for personal ICF Accreditation. We will support and encourage you to build this into your study time and to record your hours.

You will access a library of coach demonstration videos, vocal shorts, worksheets, example coach questionnaires, contracting tools and so much more which will help you to become a successful and well resourced Therapeutic Coach.

You will be provided with Coach Mentoring from an ICF credentialed professionally Certified Coach to support your development as a Coach and as a person.

You will have access to a WhatsApp group to help you to be in regular contact with your cohort.
