2020 was a complex year, bringing a rollercoaster of impact and affect in its wake. We have all faced archaic ways of being. In the changes we have experienced, many of us have noticed old, repeating patterns which have always existed in us to keep us safe and which as we notice them in the here and now, we see, are holding us back from being all we truly are.
